We firmly believe that a large organization like RSA benefits from equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender. In our import company RSA, we have achieved a 40% female representation as of May 2023, in an industry that has historically been dominated by men.

When your car stops running, it is taken care of - free of charge

In Sweden, a car has an average lifespan of around 17 years before it is time for scrapping. Car manufacturers and importers are subject to producer responsibility for end-of-life cars, i.e. they are responsible for ensuring that the car is disposed of in an environmentally sound manner at the end of its useful life.

Producer responsibility stipulates that at least 95 percent of end-of-life cars must be recycled. Producer responsibility also means that end-of-life cars must be accepted free of charge in a nationwide reception system

In accordance with the Ordinance on Producer Responsibility for Cars, our users are thus offered to hand in their end-of-life cars for recycling free of charge.

In a world where we are working to reduce the use of fossil fuels, we are proud to offer a wide range of electrified cars. A large proportion of our cars are either fully electric or hybrid models. Our cars help save 25,000 tons of CO2 over the course of a year (passenger cars only).

Battery technology

We work with factories that are world leaders in battery technology. Through our collaboration with BYD, for example, we offer the renowned Blade battery in all models. In addition to being completely cobalt-free, it is considered the safest electric car battery in the world.

Culture

At RSA, we focus on creating a good and inclusive culture for all our employees and partners.

In addition to organizing regular social events, we have created the "RSA Sports Club" - an activity program that gives our employees the opportunity to participate in various leisure activities. This includes everything from Padel tennis, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and much more. We encourage our employees to participate and have fun together!

Discarded vehicles

All manufacturers and importers of vehicles to Norway are obliged to ensure environmentally friendly collection and treatment.
